Hello, I played this game and I enjoyed it, good work :)
I have to say, I wasn't afraid, but I was intrigued.
I enjoyed playing this short, survey type experience. I would say, the questions were less creepy at the beginning and more mild. If I can give a suggestion it would be to add some spooky sounds, maybe something going on in the background while the player is trying to answer the questions. Other than that, it was good.
